Puppy Vaccinations
First Puppy Visit (age 6-9 weeks) should receive:
Exam
Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Corona Shot (DHPP +C)
Fecal - a lab test on a stool sample (feces) to test for intestinal parasites
Medication for intestinal parasites if needed
Heartworm Preventative - first dose given at no charge (if under 25 lbs)

Second Puppy Visit (age 9-11 weeks) should receive:

Booster Shot - (DHPP+C)

Third Puppy Visit (age 11-13 weeks) should receive:

Booster Shot 2 - (DHPP) First Leptovirus shot
Fecal
Heartworm Preventative
Flea/Tick Preventative
Fourth Puppy Visit (age 13-16 weeks) should receive:

DHLPP Shot vaccinates for 1 year
First Rabies Shot vaccinates for 1 year
(NOTE: If the puppy is under 5 lbs we recommend giving Rabies vaccine one week after the last puppy booster)
Spaying and neutering should be done at 6 months of age.
Adult Dogs
Yearly Visits should include:
Exam
Rabies Shot 1 Year - (If your pet received a rabies shot within 1 year from their last shot they may be eligible for a three year Rabies shot.)
DHLPP 1 year - (May be eligible for 3 year DHP shot after 3 Years of age, then will need a yearly LeptoVax shot)
Fecal - one fecal per dog per year
Heartworm Check (Yearly if not on preventative; every 2-3 years if on preventative all year)
Year Round Heartworm Prevention
Flea/Tick Prevention
Preventative Diagnostic Testing based on pet's age
Kitten Vaccinations
First Kitten Visit (age 6-9 weeks) should receive:
Exam
Feline Viral Rhinotracheatis, Calcivirus, Panleukopenia (FVRCP)
Fecal - a lab test on a stool sample (feces) to test for intestinal parasites.
FELV/FIV Test - may be recommended based on the kittens history and the number of cats in your household.
Medication for intestinal parasites
Flea preventative
Discuss heartworm preventative
Kitten Book
Second Kitten Visit (age 9-11 weeks) should receive:

Booster shot 1 - FVRCP
Fecal - Please bring sample of stool (feces)
Flea preventative
Third Kitten Visit (age 12-13 weeks) should receive:
Exam
Booster Shot 2 - FVRCP
Feline Leukemia Vaccine (FELV)
Fecal - Please bring sample of stool (feces)
Flea preventative
Fourth Kitten Visit (age 13-16 weeks) should receive:
Exam
Last Booster - FVRCP
Booster - FELV
Rabies shot
Fecal - Please bring sample of stool (feces)
Flea Preventative
